Stephen F. Goodfellow

Although Steve has held executive management and ownership positions throughout his career, his primary interest is in working directly with people and their organizations to help them leverage their internal knowledge and manage their records.

Recognized as having that unique ability to understand the client’s strategic needs and then translate them into tactical action plans, Steve is able to offer practical solutions to fit the unique needs of every organization.  He understands the delicate balance needed between people, processes, and content – and how to facilitate greater sharing through innovative practices and enabling technologies - presented in the correct context aligned with a firm’s culture. Jim Cummins

Jim has over 19 years experience in the analysis, planning, implementation and management of information systems. Jim’s hands on approach delivers expertise for solution-driven results. Specific expertise includes needs assessments, data integrity and recovery solutions, security management, wireless network design and security, capacity planning and resource utilization.

Rami Hyary

Rami has over 18 years experience providing solutions and systems support to government and corporate clients. His experience includes client network management, security, disaster recovery, VPNs, server load balancing, and other TCP/IP related services. Rami is a TCP/IP expert including teaching TCP/IP at SUNY Albany.

Dr. Tom Walsh, PhD

Dr Walsh has worked for over 20 years with individuals and organizations and specializes in organizational effectiveness. Leadership and innovation have been prominent in Dr. Walsh's professional life, as a teacher, mentor, manager and leader. He is well regarded as a trustworthy consultant, leader and agent of change

Tony McKinley

Tony is a longtime recognized industry author, analyst, and consultant with expertise in information capture, intelligent retrieval solutions, XML, conversion methods, and related tools.

With a background spanning over 20 years that included being the president and founder and an early imaging systems integration company, management positions with Xerox/Kurzweil, as well as founder of the Online OCR Lab, which preformed independent testing for some of the largest input and recognition solutions available.

Tony is also the author of the acclaimed book From Paper to Web and offered a bi-weekly column for Adobe's web site.

Dave Spulick

Dave offers extensive industry experience in the areas of process improvement, performance metrics and Total Quality initiatives.

His hands-on and rapid problem solving experience has proven valuable for organizations over the years including Global Crossing, Xerox, Blue Cross and many others. Dave has worked with organizations as a team member and advisor in numerous projects performing process definition & development, performance monitoring, as well as manufacturing and customer support KM & training activities.

Dr. Michael J. Willis

Dr. Willis is an experienced consultant, trainer, professional counselor, and business executive specializing in competency & skill assessment, staffing & selection, career management services, executive & career coaching, and training.

Dr. Willis was selected by former New York Governor Mario Cuomo’s Executive Chamber staff and the NYS Governor’s Office of Employee Relations to provide consulting services to the Governor’s Executive Chamber staff and other appointees.

He is a recognized speaker selected to present at national and international conferences on issues relating to professional and personal development.
