With the intent of providing some "real world" answers

unique benchmarking study designed by practitioners!

First we are polling practitioners on what they
wanted to know before conducting the study, instead of asking what we think
people want to know. We also avoided vendor-biased questions or
market-growth oriented questions that provide little use to the practitioner.

We consulted with the many roles &
disciplines interested in content management and compliance from CEOs, CKOs, IT professionals, Human
Resources, Trainers & Educators, Records Managers, Librarians,
business managers, as well as professionals in Competitive Intelligence,
process improvement, Total Quality, and more.

The study is not funded or driven by
vendors or industry analysts and thus not biased towards one viewpoint or
solution. This is a study truly designed by practitioners to help

Future "Practitioners Summit"
For those interested, we will be facilitating an
opportunity to get face-to-face with other practitioners in an educational atmosphere
designed by you! Session topics,
format and venue will be selected based on input from potential attendees - a
conference
designed by you for you! We will also provide to those interested an avenue for further on-site benchmarking
opportunities.
